Clip Studio Paint License Verification

Hi, this is Tai. I've purchased Clip Studio and received the verification code for authentication.. 
However, upon trying to authenticate the code - it doesn't work! I put in a support ticket, said I had to wait about 3-5 days.. But it's going on the 6th day. Should I be more patient? Does anybody have good / bad experiences with this company?

I hope I didn't purchase something from an untrustworthy website! You can no longer comment on this thread as it was closed due to no activity for a month. Where did you get it from? First, make sure that Clip Studio is allowed through your firewall/virus protection program.
